About the Founder of Righteous By Design
Ryan Righteous, born Ryan Moore in Atlanta, GA, is a nationally syndicated radio personality and renowned podcast co-host. A devoted follower of Jesus since childhood, Ryan has faithfully served his local church for over 25 years.
In 2006, Ryan co-founded Trackstarz alongside Sean David Grant and Chris Dawson. Today, Trackstarz stands as the second-largest content provider of Urban Christian entertainment, boasting over a quarter million social media followers and a thriving community of "Trackstarz Universe" supporters.
As part of the dynamic team "The Trackstarz"—which includes Seantana (Sean David Grant) and DJ Jeremaya (Christopher Dawson)—Ryan is a multi-award-winning radio and television personality. The trio’s accolades include a Stellar Award, Kingdom Choice Award, Kingdom Night Life Award, Flavor Fest Impact Award, and more than a dozen Spin Awards. Notably, they were first-round ballot inductees into the Gospel Hip Hop/Christian Hip Hop Hall of Fame in 2004. Their music distribution platform, Nectar Distro, has served over 400 Christian artists since its launch in 2017.
Ryan is also the visionary behind the "Independent Artist Spotlight" interview series. Rekindled in 2024, this passion project was born out of a desire to give overlooked independent artists a voice. Ryan has since conducted more than 100 interviews in a single year, empowering emerging talents and providing them with a platform to be heard.
A proud Atlanta native, Ryan attended Clark Atlanta University and began interning at the city’s largest hip-hop station at just 18 years old. Today, he is a dedicated husband and father of four, including a child with autism. Together with his wife Latoya (host of the Becoming Eva Podcast), Ryan openly shares their journey of raising a special needs child, inspiring countless families.
Beyond media, Ryan is a classic car and football enthusiast—a passion inherited from his late father, J.R. Moore (Jasmo Racing), who inspired Ryan’s love for muscle cars and the thrill of the track.
